The Story So Far

Hi, Our names are Eric De Bruyn and Peter Nowosielski. We joined forces in 2009 after collaborating on a number of family projects. Eric was working for Relationships Australia at the time and Peter was working in the Psychiatry area. At that time Peter was also running a group for separated parents. Peter went through his own marriage break up and did not know what to do and who to turn to. Hence, from this process and experience it is what you finally see here today. We knew that being able to help people was not just about guiding people through the emotional roller coaster but also being able to support them through the legal minefield. It is about:

"Knowing enough about the battle to avoid the battle"

We started looking at the processes in family law and realised that most of it didn't make sense. We looked the end result and worked backwards from there. And it worked. Why on earth would you go down the Family law route to have someone else make decisions about you and your families future??? Really!! To invite high priced lawyers to negotiate on your behalf and get obscenely paid to not guarantee a result. Really!!!

We have worked tirelessly to uncover a way for people to separate amicably and you can too! As well as saving your family in the short as well as the long term you can literally save 10's of thousands of dollars. Not to mention the physical and emotional cost.

We have never understood why people travel down the legal course when it is much simpler to get through without them. The horror stories we have heard and seen are to be believed. The only winners in the end are the lawyers.
